THE EUROPEAN UNION’S STRATEGIC APPROACH TO THE BLACK SEA REGION: THE ROLE OF THE SECURITY HUB IN THE CONTEXT OF RUSSIA’S HYBRID WARFARE

The Faculty of European Studies at Babes-Bolyai University, through the Euxglob Centre, is pleased to announce a round table organized within the framework of the European project REMIT – Reignite Multilateralism via Technology.

Location: Faculty of European Studies, Robert Schuman Room
Date: November 14, 2025
Time: 10:00 – 13:00

The event will bring together scholars and experts from academia, public institutions, and international organizations to discuss the European Union’s strategic role in the Black Sea region, with a particular focus on the development of the security hub in response to Russia’s hybrid warfare.

The round table aims to foster dialogue on the European Union’s evolving strategic posture in the Black Sea region, emphasizing the importance of multilateral cooperation, resilience, and security integration in the face of hybrid threats.

This event is organized within the REMIT project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe Research and Innovation Programme under Grant Agreement No. 101094228.
